Working with others

OK this week has started with not the greats start we no longer have a charity and the room have not been booked so because of that is the event has been turned it an end of year fun day for the business centre run by our levels and we will no longer be raising money a charity all the events will still be going head.  I have to say even for a day that has not been the greatest start a lot of things are now starting to fall into place as the rooms we will be using are the business and creative centre rooms and the date has been finalised as it will be the rooms the level 4, 5, and 6 rooms on the day.

This week the team I am consulting with has been able to create budget and work out the final prices for the photos that they are offering and also decided on what they will be offering for the prices,  I have to say it has been a very effective day and lots work has been complete the also listened to the read though of the play team to give the feedback on how it came across to its audience.  I have found today one of the most effective days that the team has had. For next week we will have to give the budget to the lectures and make sure that everything is in place and hopefully the room choice will be conformed by the lecturing team with the help of the admin team.

In this week I was in late and groined my team to find out how thing were going and what has been done.  I have found out that some things have stalled but we are getting back on track,  this is not happening the survey is being hand out and information has been gathered I have helped the team leader start to create a budget for the event, also props have begun being researched and will be added to the budget. The pan for next week if the budget to be finalised and to make sure that all information is complete and handed to the lectures for conformation and also check for email response from Allen Binny

The plan for this day is for me to placed in a team and find out what role I have to do within the team.  The team that I have been placed with is the consultants team and I have been allocated to be the photo booth consultants. When I meet the team I found that they were not so motivated so because of this they were not that productive since them I have been able to help get them motivated and think about how they are going to do things witch helped them figure out roles and start to create a plan. The plan for next week is for a survey to be created and the handed out to gain information on how much people would pay for a photos and to start looking at props that they want for the event and send email to Allen Binny about getting access to photography equipment.
